Before selecting a system, we discuss product and box dimensions, weight, surface, pallet dimensions, required pallet height, line layout, infeed and outfeed, product variants and the relevant safety measures.


This can include palletising, depalletising, handling layer sheets or inlays, and assessing multiple product flows where needed. Tooling and the end effector are selected around the product being handled and the required pick-and-place task.
